Last night I was out setting up and discovered that one of the bolts holding the spreader to a tripod leg had snapped. Go figger. I called Hands On this morning to discuss my options. After an approxmately 50 second chat (most of which was my explaining my predicament) the answer was do you want us to ship you a replacement mount or come pick it up? Since I have a public event scheduled for tomorrow I stopped by this PM. No paperwork, no questions, just here's your mount and we'll order a replacement. My biggest aggravation was a little Capital Beltway construction on the way up. This is the reason I buy the big stuff local. Class act.
