Hi,
The Cape Observatory had a good turnout to view the partial eclipse on Jan 26; this was one of the first South African IYA2009 functions. I attach a pic showing the pinhole camera images of the partially eclipsed sun shining through the trees and projecting onto the back of an appropriate t-shirt!
