so can anyone figure out how to add a clock drive to this???
Maybe start with something like this:
http://www.grainger.com/Grainger/RIDGID-Pipe-Thread-Drive-1AC02?Pid=search
Of course you probably want a slightly less expensive version.

Oh, I'd like it see it too, believe me. It's torture to have it sitting there in crates. But the people that can help me set it up haven't had the chance... the thing is HEAVY! I'm pretty close to eating a can of spinach and going out there and trying to muscle it by myself but I don't want to break it... or my back! Maybe I'll go out there and drool on the crates a bit and see if I have one of those super human moments.

Ok, if a C14 is a "small portable telescope", the AP3600GTO is a "medium portable mount". It's not NEARLY as bad to lift and put together as I was lead to believe by AP's directions. They recommend three people, but I guess they're playing it safe. I'm a fairly strong 43 year old woman, but I'm not a weight lifter by any means... just a mom that has to lug children around occasionally. But I managed to put my mount together without help, and got my telescope on it.
I'm a bit overmounted at the moment, but that will change once I have my observatory built and buy my next scope.....

Great looking mount! It does make the C14 look more like a C6.
