Mizar Eq mount?

I believe this small to mid sized Eq mount is from the mid 80's and was sold by Meade. Does anyone know the quality of this mount?
Any help would be appreciated. There's one floating around at a good price that i'm interested in for a future 100Ed purchase.

i think i remember something like that wasn't that like an eq2 type mount if thats the one its too light for a 100 refractor.
