Either made out of a standard pipe or a solid shaft with bore sight hole through it , and some type of tread on one end to fit a pipe flange. It is for my old 6 inch Byers drive. Can you use standard black pipe? Does the end need a tapered pipe thread? A picture of what you want to do may be worth a thousand words.
