I purchased a pair of azimuth knobs from Anthony Davoli at ADM Accessories. When one of the knobs wouldn't thread properly because the hole was slightly undersized Anthony not only suggested a solution but also offered to ship an 8mm tap for me to borrow to bring the opening back to spec. What a great guy...I wonder what other manufacturer would offer this level of customer service. The ORANGE knobs add so much to the appearance of the mount. I just ordered a pair of saddle knobs as well as they not only look great they also add a tremendous amount of functionality for cold New England winters.

In the States we say "He'd give you the shirt off his back" which amounts to the same thing. And this definitely describes Anthony's approach to customer service.
