If you want to see Jupiter, it is fairly high in the SE sky just before dawn. That is often a time of better seeing and worth rolling out of bed for. I used a 2B pencil for the sketch. I am fortunate as I can see in in the early a.m. if I wake up looking out the top of the bedroom windows which don't have blinds/curtains covering them. With the aspect of Saturn's rings fluctuating a few degrees the past couple of months, templates were hard to keep up with. Good luck with your Jupiter observations--I saw your latest Jupiter image--it looked much like the ep view in my 20cm Cat.
