The LXD-75 isn't rated for 15kg but that doesn't the JE180 isn't being over stated.

Yup. Jinghua was the source of the LXD55/75 mounts. They also sourced the Apogee HD GEM and surely others (Konus?). They were one of the two primary sources of Vixen clone mounts for many years (Synta was the other).
