Pier top dimensions for CGE 925 XLT? new
      #3183270 - 06/26/09 12:56 AM

Does anyone know offhand how wide and tall the "biscuit" for CGE mount should be? It's going on an 8 1/4" pipe pier.
Thanks in advance,

fitts

Is the orange piece on this link the biscuit you're referring to: http://www.durangoskies.com/cge-adapter-p-2097.html

I bought and use one of these. I think it's actually a replacement part for the bottom of the head, but it does the job.

As I recall the important dimensions are:

-- The diameter that fits inside the electronics pier is 5.5"
-- The thickness of the section that fits inside the pier is 1" (the piece shown in the link above is 1-3/4" thk total).
-- The bolt holes are 3/8"-16 positioned 1/2" off the base where the e-pier sits.
