I did one of these a few months ago. What lens, shutter speed, ISO did you use? There's delphinius! There's Lyra!" nice start. Looks like you were shooting from inside a prison BTW I would shoot something like this in small JPG mode. Video is only 720x480 pixels in size.. even 1080p/1080i HD is a smaller size than small JPG on your camera.
