After my first image of AR1024 a band of torrential rain passed through, but following it was a lovely clear patch. Eagerly I set up and got these captures >>>
Taken at 16.42ut with my SM40 @ f30, DMK31
I then thought I would chance a high mag shot, so stacked the 3x barlow with the 1.6x nosepiece. I'm not sure how exactly barlow lens combinations add up so wont hazard a guess at what f ratio I was operating at. I think focus is ever so slighly soft on it, maybe.
Taken at 16.54ut with my SM40, 3x & 1.6x barlows stacked, DMK31.
Hope you like them! Comments always appreciated!
Mark
