Before this set up I had the 494 (Alt/Az Goto on a DS model). On the 494 the telescope moved in the direction of the direction buttons. On the 497, it does not. I think this is a function an EQ mount vs. an Alt/Az. However, is there a way I can get the 497 to move like the 494?
