We've got a condo there where I keep a Mewlon and a SolarMax40 (although I forgot to bring any black paper for solar sketching this year). I got out 3 moonless nights this year (a record), and was quite productive. I've finished scanning and touching up the first half of my sketches, which can be seen in the Deep Sky section (link to observing report).
