I agree with David Knisely and Carol L, I use a OIII by Lumincon on my Brandon 94 APO (f~7) I havent tried the Veil yet, But this filter is spectacular on M-8 the logoon Nebula and this is from a Moderately Light Polluted Suburban Area. I have found this filter works well for this instrument and My Questar 3.5 (f~14)

With my 16" dob and my 35Pan, I use my UHC filter, which really makes the veil "pop" out.
