NGC 7626 and 7619 are definitely worth looking at. Their neighbourhood is pretty nice too 
NGC 7332 and NGC 7339 are also very nice, although I've had trouble with 7339.
Can you tell I've been visiting the flying horse recently?

NGC 6946 and 6939 in Cepheus. Open cluster and galaxy in the same low power field. 2/3 degree apart. Exquisite in a dark sky.

Hmmmm, I would have to say that would be NGC-7331, NGC-891 and NGC-253. Others include NGC-7479, NGC-6946, NGC-779 and the NGC-7332 and 7339 pair. The NGC-7619, 7623 and 7626 trio is a nice trio of galaxies that is within reach of an 8-inch from a good site.

Certainly NGC891 and 7331.
NGC1023 is kind of cool with the line of stars below it.
NGC7332 and 7339 make a nice pairing.
But you've already got all of those.
About the only thing I can add is the chain centered on Arp331:

I should probably add that if I was observing in the southern hemisphere, I'd include the Telescopium group (NGC 6851-6870), the Pavo Group (brightest member NGC 6876), the Phoenix Group (NGC 89-92), etc. But then again, they would be favorite *spring* galaxies

If I am at a dark site, I always have to look at NGC 253

Should be. In my 12" I was in a green (probably yellow by now) zone, with dozens of streetlights nearby that I blocked off using trees and walls. Both of them were fairly easy direct vision (although not bright direct vision) at about 35 degrees altitude.

Seems like I missed 7623! 7611 was within reach though, so that'd make it more like a quartet I imagine.

NGC7331 and Stephen's Quintet - about ten galaxies within the field of a wide angle eyepiece;
NGC 278, 185, and 147 - all in a line above M31
NGC 404 (next to Mirbach)
NGC 891 (I always hear the "Outer Limits" theme music when I see this one) 
M33 (always worth an extended look)
And a whole bunch of small NGC galaxies in Triangulum

I have seen NGC-7611 too, but not at the same time as the other three galaxies. The third galaxy in the drawing I assume is NGC-7623 because it's the brightest one I can find near enough the other two to be visible in the field.

My favorite fall galaxy has got to be NGC 253, the Great Sculptor Spiral. The first time I saw it as a youngster, I was desperately trying to find it with my little 2.4 inch refractor. I finally did, but it was found using a pair of 7-12x35 binoculars and not the main scope. In my 10 inch from my dark sky site, it is just loaded with dark detail which I take my time absorbing at close to 200x. NGC 7331 is nice, as are a few others, but the one that really makes fall observing memorable has to be NGC 253. Clear skies to you.

I'll second--or is that, thrid--the nominations of NGC 6946 and NGC 7479 as Fall favorites. These show wonderful spiral structure in moderate aperture. NGC 253 is a big, impressive object that can be enjoyed even under moderately dark skies. NGC 7217 and NGC 7331 round out my top five non-Messier Fall galaxies for moderate aperture...for this week

What constellation is this group (7619-7623-7626) located near? What are their magnitutes? Can a 10" SCT see them in a slightly light polluted sky? Thanks.

Meade 10" SCT ACF OTA on a UA UniStar Deluxe Super 8 altaz mount on a UA heavy duty surveyor tripod and a Manny Miles eyepiece tray.
SV 102ED doublet refractor on a UA UniStar Light mount on a UA light surveyor tripod with a Manny Miles eyepiece tray.
Garrett Optical 10x50 and 12x60 binoculars. Also Garrett Optical 30x100 binoculars mounted on a SLIK Pro 700DX AMT tripod.
Several TV Plossls and Naglers, plus a few very good Celestron Ultima wide TFOV eyepieces.
