Skies looked fairly trasparent after work although the poor seeing was destroying the contrast in the proms. 2.5x powermate

Nice captures Paul! I raced home from work as also had blue skies - for a change! Ha was definitely (in my eyes) better than CaK today, the proms were great, though CaK was quiet and not much going on! Sun was getting low when I managed to get a look so 'shimmering' was destroying fine details. I'm hoping to be 'straight off' after work tomorrow if we have another clear day!
