Just starting out new
      #3356666 - 09/25/09 06:59 PM

Help, I'm just starting out. Hers's what I have. A orion starblast 4.5 astroimager on a celestron cg-5 advanced mount. A meade DSi imager, laptop, and not a clue where to start. Is there a tutorial available somewhere? Or do I just dive in and try to figure it out?

Thanks in advance,

Kenny

Try here for a start:

http://www.meade.com/educational/dsi_videos/index.html

This just begins to scratch the surface of tutorials and articles on the internet. Start googling DSI imaging and read these forums. They are bursting with tips and advice. Once you have specific questions, ask them here and they virtually alwyas get answered. - John
