M45 from AHSP new
      #3353822 - 09/24/09 12:26 PM

I went to the Almost Heaven Star Party last weekend and had a great time at a really nice facility. It was up in Spruce Knob West Virginia. Unfortunately the weather didn't co-operate and we really got in only one good but dewy night. Here is a shot of M45. 50 mintues/ISO1600/Nikkor 500mm/F4/D700.

Cheers

Ian

jsigone, thanks. I looked at your M31 as well. Looks like you could squeeze a bit more out of it still. Good start.

Cheers

Ian

I'll try to process mine again after dinner. I've been iching to shoot M45 but even at 11pm its still kinda low for my liking. I figure it will be a good height when the full moon hits.
