Thanks Kerry!! My Photoshop knowledge is still pretty limited and hasn't gotten to the mask stage yet..

When does your book on Astro-Photoshop tips and tricks come out?

I am very impressed as the image looks very smooth.

Thanks Frank!! I'm chomping at the bit to get back at this target. We've had fire, wind and clouds lately so not much imaging going on. In the meantime I've just about worn these frames out reprocessing!

Got any pics of that tele?

Gary, I have got the same scope and am getting it ready. I am trying to find as many new owners as possible and ask the same question: was it colimated out of the box or did you have to fidgit with it. I upgraded the focuser with the equivalent Starlight Express focuser and with one extension its rock solid.

Thanks in Advance.

Jeffery, Mine was as you see it 'out of the box'. It could stand a little fine tuning, and a new focuser. They beefed up the focuser from the first shipment, but there is still some shift where that camera mounts. Enjoy the scope, I'm having a great time with mine!

I upgraded mine to the Starlight Instruments Focuser and with one extender its rock solid. I highly recommend it. It used to be on the Astronomics page (the reference to upgrading the focuser) but I can't find it anymore.

Thanks for the report.
