Humans of the galileoscope... new
      #3357282 - 09/26/09 04:06 AM

Hi all,

a small murmur about the galileoscope, I have first orders mine in late march, in mid July I received an Email that mi order was somehow lost and should re-order. When I ordered again I have to pay more - the price of shipment rose by 5$, which is annoying but I can live with that. The thing is that when I wrote about it to the galileoscope team there was no answer, forwarding my mail to some other galileoscope address have resulted in no answer also... so, from the spring to the autumn equinox I wait, and still no galileoscop. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to contact them? the auto reply from info@galileoscope urged me to call and leave a voice message - but the voice mail is full!

any suggestions are most welcome!

Amir, I guess this is the price to be paid for an inexpensive scope designed, built and distributed by a group of volunteers not making a profit.

My shipment arrived in about 3 months, and I think this is pretty common. My guess is that if you ordered again in July then it's on the way.

The good news is that when you get it, you're going to have a lot of fun with it. I hope you get it soon!
