I finally gave up waiting for clear skies in the morning. Near noon the seeing was pretty bad, but at least there was a sun at all.

Brian's shot was indeed timely. It's about 20 min before my first frame and there's 20 min bewtween my two frames -- so they make a nice series of 3.
