Hey Folks,
Be sure to check out Erika Rix's Super Sketch on LPOD today (October 5,2009). It is currently on exhibit in Ireland's Birr Castle as part of an exhibit for the International Year of Astronomy that was organised by our Deirdre(Dee) Kelleghan over the past two years. I think Chuck Wood was very impressed.
Excellent charcoal rendering Erika and kudos to Deirdre for a wonderful exhibit at the home of the Leviathan of Parsonstown.

Fantastic sketch of Bullialdus Erika! I was so happy to see it featured on LPOD today!
Dee, your hard work and dedication has paid off in a spectacular show of astronomical sketching. I remember a couple of years back when it was only a dream. Well Done! :

Stunning and so elegant. Truly deserves to be hanging in such a prestigious place.

Could one of you send me the link to see Erikas sketch at LPOD? I feel a little naive, as I search for it in the LPOD site and through Google; I cannot bring it up.
I guess I need to set up a regular bookmark to the LPOD site and cannot believe that I have not yet,
Thanks to any and all of you,
Mark
