The Trifid Nebula (M20) from high altitude in Colorado. Poor seeing (Pickering 3), but good transparency (NELM 7 / SQM 21.6). 10" Mewlon @ 100x with narrowband (UHC) filter. HB pencil on white cardstock; scanned and inverted in Photoshop.
