I hope to be heading out this week, any worthy comets up right now?

Nothing super bright. I check these sites periodically:

Weekly Information about Bright Comets

and
Comet Chasing

Some might say that this topic belongs in the Solar System Observing forum but I'll concede that comets have more of deep-sky object characteristics than those of other solar system objects.

Thanks, Starbux. I added both sites to my list of favorites.

No good comets right now. Booooo!! It really is an exciting time when we are able to follow a comet across a big stretch of the sky. Its even more exciting when they pass near another DSO. Two for one is great! Now that I think about it, I should look it up and see what we got coming.

Clear Skies to All!

Probably find the Solar System forum helpful
