Very recently I purchased an NEQ6 because it was ex-demo and very cheap for it's excellent condition. Unfortunately it didn't come with a manual. I'm mounting a Meade 127mm refractor on it but I was wondering, because it is a surprisingly robust unit, if it could handle the Meade LX200 14" OTA? Or is that OTA too heavy for the NEQ6 mount?

If the NEQ6 is the EQ6 PRO then there is a link on this page to the user guide in Adobe PDF format:

By the way the biggest cat you can put on the EQ6 PRO is going to either be a Celestron 11" SCT or a Meade 10" ACF.
Meade OTA's are very heavy compared to Celestron so you need a pretty big mount for their 12" and 14" models. Probably the CGE Pro or equivalent would be best.

Despite the improvements of the NEQ6...better saddle and counterweight shaft...IMHO...still a C14 is still a wee bit much.
