Latitude Adjustment Range On CG-5GT
      #3393301 - 10/16/09 04:18 PM

I need a GEM similar to a CG-5 but on occasion it needs to be setup for terrestrial use. I guess the normal way is to set latitude for 90 deg so that RA=AZI and DEC=ALT. Can someone please tell what the physical limit is for the latitude adjustment?

If you know of a better mount with similar capacity and cost I would be interested. Also, I have a surveyors tripod so need only the mount part.
