Thanks, Martin! I have a DeepView 2" 35mm, perhaps it would work? I need to look into this adapter. I'd even come across this vendor before, but now I have some first-hand information. I'll move this to the top of my list.

Martin, have you had a chance to put some of the pix online? Would love to see this adapter in action. Thank you!

Yes indeed! I mostly use this adapter on the 24" (as prime focus at 8032mm is just too insane for me), and have some pics both in my gallery and the DSLR forum (look for Albireo, M57, M42, all done with my Rebel and the Maxview on the 24"). I also used the Deepview 35mm and it worked quite well, I used it to image Uranus and Neptune when I needed a bit more power (those images are in the solar system forum, recently posted). I simply used longer EPs most of the time to get the widest views possible with the 24", and to have the EP lens as close as possible to the camera sensor.

Here's a shot of M15, using the 40mm SWAN (a bit less field curvature than the Deepview) in the Maxview.

And one of M27, this one with the Deepview 42mm, you can see a bit of pincushioning at the edges, but one can edit most of it out.
