Same problem happened to me once, there is a hex bolt underneath the housing. Easy to check. Open the little plastic inspection port. Put a pencil mark across the end of the shafts on to the big gear faces. Turn on the mount and press the button to see if the gear is rotating on the shaft. It is necessary to take the motor housing off if one of these screws comes loose. While you are there, you may want to check your worm gear to worm wheel mesh. If there is a lot of play, it is a great time to remove it. Nothing hard to do there, but if you don't feel mechanically inclined, check to see if a neighbor that is handy will work with you. It is not hard to do any of these things. I can press the bronze one and it then works but they are out of alignment. I also cannot figure out how to take the top housing cap off. Do I have to take out that "screw" that comes in from the back and looks like it holds the unit on? Any help would be apprecitated. Tightened it and all is well.
