struve 3053 and 3062 new

The Pocket Sky atlas shows Struve 3062, but it seems that the Cambridge Double Star Atlas only shows Struve 3057( map 2). Is Struve 3062 the brighter double just southeast of 3057 in the CDSA?

Why isn't 3062 labeled in CDSA?
