Yikes! A '71 in the snow?
I'd never leave my '70 out to get wet.
It is a true garage queen now.

Been driving it for 15 years here...it will outlive me. dry and cold here so no rust. we are semi arrid at less then 4" rain a year. remember its always dark here in winter..what kills old cars is wet/sun/salt ..so keep it cool out of sun/rain and they dont use salt here. doesn't work....stuff don't rust when its frozen believe me! besides that if someone wanted too buy it shipping would be alot. john

He He..made my day. There was a round metal thumb screw rolling around in package but don't know where it goes..possibly for another scope and got in package by mistake? anyhow thanks preston! john

That's great news John! Yeah, I have been known to slightly overpack.....
Check and see if that screw is for the counterwieght or the sunscreen holder.....

A small scope that gets used often is a better investment than a big scope that stays in the closet.
Unitrons, you spend more time looking at them than you do through them.
