Freddy, Great image of Jupiter. You can see the dark spot in the STRz that has recently appeared. I viewed it the other night in my scope and made a sketch. It's great to see this object in your image. I also saw the dark patch up above the spot as well in the STZ. It will be interesting to compare your image to my sketch. This dark spot resembles a shadow of a moon. It was brought to my attention by John Sabia's post the other day in the Planetary Solar System observing Forum. I hope you have clear steady skies ahead. Nice work Freddy. That 90 degree angle artifact is a bit perplexing. I see it in both, but more profound in the second.

Yes, these are nice images Freddy, every time a bit better, way to go! Maybe Joel, that line is due to the Do-all button, not pressed before saving in Registax?? Happens sometimes to me as well
