The Dawn and the Sky and the Sun by Celtic Woman
The Dawn & the Sky & the Sun
As good as it is in the video, it is actually BETTER live (and I finally got to hear it live in Sioux Falls when Celtic Woman performed there). WOW just doesn't do it justice.

I like Ulrich Schnauss's song "Stars", anything by Project Skyward, Steve Roach's song "Something in the Tears" has a beautiful, spacey sound to it... perfect for listening to while star gazing.
