Berlebach Report tripod

Anyone using one of these? I've seen lots about the UNI series but very little about its little brother the Report. I'm considering one for a SV90TBV on a Teegul mount. Not sure if the UNI is overkill for a 9 pound scope and 6 pound mount. Any user experiences would be welcome.
