Another view. They aren't very fancy but gave me proof of concept. I have a 900x 90mm set of tubes I am going to try next.

Very cool, Dane. I can envision Batman using your homemade binos to spot the license plate on the crooks car trying to speed away!

Glenn, what you proposed is probably along the lines of what I'd be likely to do. I don't mind a mirror-reversed image.
