This new release is a 7" long plate with a pocket and screw holes for attaching the Takahashi Clamshell. Once your clamshell is attached to this plate it may be mounted on any D sized dovetail saddle. Immediately following this release, we will be producing a 10" long version with two mounting positions for those who want to use two clamshells for added stability (astrophotography). MSRP for the single station bar is $65.00 and the two station bar will be $75.00 Look for them at your favorite astro dealer in the coming weeks.
