what ever happened to NGCView-did they just die or were they absorbed by another software company? anyone?

their website has been like this for about 8 years--no response -- i have a registered earlier version --cant get the upgraded version--no one home at that site since 2001--yet the site still exists--wondering if anyone has the latest version before they dissappeared --
