Here are a couple of Arp objects that I imaged this fall. NGC 7448 is cataloged as Arp 13 in the class of detached segments. To me, it looks like the arm to the southwest and the jagged bits to the south form the detached segments. Otherwise it looks pretty normal. The other image is of Hickson 93, which contains 5 galaxies spaced in an area about 10 arc minutes in diameter. The 3 larger interacting galaxies form Arp 99.

Very nice pictures and quite an accomplishment capturing Arp objects with a C8.

Well done. I took Arp 13 one last year but my red data was weak, I really need to redo it. I just got 99 last August but am so far backlogged on processing I don't know when I'll get to it. Yours is very good.
Nice to see someone else working on these.
