Moon images with LPI and Mac
      #3428562 - 11/04/09 01:12 AM

OK, so I finally got to play with my LPI and my mac laptop tonight. I used quicktime pro to record some videos, converted them to avi's, and processed them in registax. I am quite pleased with my results, considering its the first time I used it. I used my 80mm AT and a 2x TV barlow.

enjoy.

Thats really impressive! Its evident that you captured in color, not something thats done very often, and it looks much more natural to my eyes.

No chance you captured the rest of the moon during the session? You could resize and rotate the images to give you a full mosaic

I actually thought about that AFTER I packed things up. This was just my night to test it out. I was just happy I was able to get the LPI to work on an apple computer.
