OK, I know its a 110mm f8.7ish refractor, but that's it. Anyone have an image of one to share?? Is it 1.25" eyepiece or .965"? One's available near me but I'd like to know details before I decide whether or not to pursue it.
Thanks Gang! Peter

Hi Peter:
Sorry I missed your post. I'm about 90% certain that the "Swift 856" (which can periodically be seen on the likes of evilBay and such) is a modern low cost (and likely dubious quality) Chinese scope that has nothing to do with the high quality classic Swift scopes of pre-1980s vintage. Someone more experienced here may be able to tell you more detail or confirm this... If you're looking for a good vintage scope, I recall seeing an 80mm / 1200FL Sears telescope that just showed up on eBay... Cheers!
