Attached is a close-up version an ISS observation done in September. To give an indication of
proportions of size I have inserted a NASA image of an astronaut at the Quest Joint Airlock,
one of the elements visible in the picture. (For clarity; during my capture there was no
astronaut outside).

However, you can find an image of a spacewalking astronaut on my website:

Image: 10inch Newtonian, manually tracked using a 6x magnifying trackingscope,
composite of 14 frames taken in good seeing)

I have marked 2 more elements visible in the image. The KU-band dish antenna
is visible on the port side of the Z1 truss. Also the ESP-2(External Stowage Platform)
can be seen under the Quest Airlock.
