Just a few more days B4 perfect sky comes. new
      #3433452 - 11/06/09 06:17 PM

Or, rather I come to it! In Sept my wife rented a home in Ariz Sky Village for a weekend, but we had to postpone our rent because of cloud cover. That was a hurricane in the midwest at the same time.

Now, we have our reservation coming up. **PARTY!!**

Dan,

It's all my fault... I just got a new camera on Wednesday.

California isn't getting as much of this storm as you folks, but enough to keep me indoors building a library of darks. 'Bout as much fun as watching paint dry.

Just wait until I get the filters for this thing...

Oh good because I thought this was still residual punishment for buying my AT8RC 2 month's ago lol.. Its seen the moon and thats about it. The same week I had gotten my QHY8 back from repairs too so I figured I would pay but this is getting rediculous

Congrats on your new CCD, cant wait to see some images from it!

I dont feel half as bad when I hear from the Bay area guys, I grew up in Santa Rosa. Atleast I dont have fog anymore lol... But honestly, I do miss the California coast a lot!

Aha! So you're to blame!
Hopefully we'll get some clear skies here this weekend.

Have a great time Paul.

I love the fog! It can turn an average dark site into a spooky dark one! Best natural light pollution "remover" ever made - as long as you are above the fog, of course

Wow Paul, sounds like a good time! That's pretty cool that they allow you to reschedule due to bad weather. I sure hope you come back with lots of images and stories.

Yea, fog is fun when you're on top of it. Not so much when you're sitting in a valley and it rolls in.
