I built myself a field battery for my CGEM based on this site. My question is, what type of charger is recommended for this battery?
Would this work:
Battery Tender 021-0123 Battery Tender Junior 12V Battery Charger

It will charge the battery in the link but it may take a long time. This charger puts out 0.75 Amps. What is the AHr rating of the battery or more important how many AHr will you remove? Then how long can you wait for a re-charge?
The battery is a 125AHr. So at half (max recommended dischare for deep cycle lead acid) discharge the charger needs to put 63.5 AHrs plus losses back in. At 0.75 Amps that will take will over 83 hours. If you only use the battery once a week this works.

I highly recommend the CTEK 3300 charger, I have two, they work great, and they are waterproof.
