Paramount ME limits

Hi,

I'm just collecting information about the limits of the ME. It's very clear that it can carry about 150 lbs, but of course the length of the scope takes this value down.

I have seen somebody with a 24" newtonian F/3.5 (well inside the loading capacity) riding a ME. And logic tells me this is pushing the mount a bit, a bit of wind and the image is ruined (maybe open trusses help fighting the wind?).

So, what do you think?.

Regards,
Manuel.
