Can you help clarify a few things for me? It sounds like the original setup (moving from outside-in) is washer, roller bearing, washer, then the clutch. If I understand correctly, you're replacing the stock washers with homemade plastic ones. How does this work better? Is it just that they are thicker? I'm confused about the differences between the stock and modified parts. And your final setup (again, from outside-in) is then: plastic washer, roller bearing, stock washer, clutch? Or did you replace the inner stock washer also? Thanks for adding a little more detail for me. Great pictures, and a very simple solution!
