Does anyone have any of the following refractors mounted on a standard iOptron MiniTower?

SV-102
Orion APO102
Explore Scientific 102

Thanks,

Bob

No, but I use my Mini Tower (what a lousy name for a very good mount!) for a C80ED, a C6, a C8 and a Lunt 60mm double. It performs very will with all of these scopes...of course one at a time.

I also use it with a C6 and it carries it well.
I thought the yard cannon would cause some problems, but so far it has not. I don't think you'll have any problems with the scopes you list.
Properly balancing the larger scopes on the MT is paramount.

I have a Vixen ED103 that I mount on it for solar observing. I normally mount a C-8 for nighttime observing. You might want to consider getting the MT Pro tripod, since objects high in the sky can put the eyepiece very low on the standard tripod. The MT Pro tripod has a higher form factor plus the Pro tripod is much beefier.
