Does anyone know what happened to AstronomyDaily.com ?
The site has been down for the last week with no warning. And I haven't been able to find any information as to what happened to it.

Hi there - no answers here either - a few of us have got in touch and are sometimes found on the friendly njnightsky.com website forums, as far as I have been able to ascertain, Matt was due to be at the AAVSO in new mexico, at the end of last month, maybe he is on vacation and the server has gone down? who knows.

Hi Grendel,
Well it's good to hear from someone from the forums anyways.
I miss my daily fix of astronomydaily. Hopefully it'll be back sometime soon. I like CloudyNight's but I've been with AstronomyDaily longer and feel like I know everyone better.

A dns lookup for astronomydaily.com fails.
I too miss it, but since it's my home page, I should know pretty quick when its back up

Hi All,
as far as I can find out none of the Gang knows what has happened, last maintenance / changes Matt did were to make the site friendlier to search engines, Its my homepage too so I agree about knowing as soon as it gets back up.
A few of the regulars have now found their way to the forums at:-

maybe some of the rest of you will join that friendly bunch over there - at least until the site gets back up and running.

Hi All the astronomydaily.com website is back up and running - apparently it was a router failure, and took soe time to get replacements and back up and running
