Astro-Tech AT130 new

I'm considering buying an Astro-Tech AT130.

Does anybody have any experience with this scope. How is it for planetary viewing? How about for imaging?

Know of anybody selling one?

Thanks

Gary

I used one indoors at NEAF and the optics looked good from the few peeks I had at the florescent lighting.

Based on the record of the Astro Tech line via Astronomics and purchased from them I would feel confident of the refractor. High praise for these scopes all around.

This sort of being discussed in the AT106/Moonlight thread.

I've been thinking about upgrading to the AT130, but my concern is the focuser. I'm thrilled with my AT106LE, but the focuser is a bit on the weak side. It slips when it attach my ST8300M/FW5/AT2FF combo or even when I put on my 2" diagonal and a Meade 32mm SWA.

I have yet to see really anyone talking about the 130.

If its anything like my AT 111 you will be happy. If the focuser is a 3"er like whats on the 111 it holds beatifully.
Never had a problem with my Canon 20Da slipping out of focus.
