With the WO binoviewer and the normal 1.6X OCS how do you calculate the magnification when the OCS is used in front of the diagonal? In front of the binoviewer?
Thanks,
Tim

Tried both ways this weekend and with my telescope it will not focus when the OCS is mounted at the binoviewer end. Works well when the OCS is mounted on the diagonal end.
Thank you,
Tim

Tim that's pretty normal, you're probably getting around 2x mounted on the end of the diagonal.
