Maybe this is just my problem but I'd like to hear if any others see this. I had this happen once before--I think it was October '10 downloading instead of November '10. After a couple of weeks the correct issue downloaded. I just sent them a support message informing them of the problem. (Tried anyway--not sure the contact went through, as instead of a confirmation page all I got after hitting submit was a blank page.) Edit: I received an automated email response from NxtBook support, so hopefully the problem will be resolved soon.
