OK, that is a new one on me. What do you mean by a light panel? There are a couple ways I'd run with that one and I bet three are wrong.

Do you mean red LED lights? You can get a red LED string light that runs off batteries for about $6, just Google red LED battery Christmas lights... string 'em around your dob base or around the inside of your EP case...

There used to be a place that sold these, but I'm sure he closed a couple of years ago. However, these in the link are very nice, & easy to build to suit your needs.

i guess the only way im going to have them is to get off my lazy "you know what" and purchase some pvc pipe and put it together. wonder if indoor outdoor carpet( the kind thay sell at lowes ) would work. don

Don't know about that Donnie, most have just used the heavy duty plastic. There's a great one at Ace hdwre, that's silver on one side, & black on the inside. Very heavy duty.

john, thanks very much for the offer. i seen them on s&s. i really don't need that many or that high. 4 of them about 3x4 that would set on the railing of the balcony. i just moved into this condo about 3 weeks ago and finially getting settled in. the weather has been really bad lately. i just haven't had the desire to start the project. better weather more desire. thanks again, don
